Pursuant to section 31 of the Dog Act 1976, the City of Mandurah hereby gives local public notice of its intention to specify a dog prohibited area at Meadow Springs Reserve, Reserve 48366, Meadow Springs on the northern premier cricket oval and shared use school oval.
Council considered this matter at its meeting held on 28 September 2021. The proposed specification is as follows:
- Prohibit dogs on the northern premier cricket oval and shared use school oval of Reserve 48366 Meadow Springs.
The Council Report and Minutes can be viewed via mandurah.wa.gov.au/council/council-meetings/agendas-and-minutes which includes maps of the proposed dog prohibited areas.
This resolution will be considered by the City of Mandurah Council on 14 December 2021
